The ‘Dionis Collection’ wines are famous for the fresh, bright, fruit and flower character and the purity of the varietal aroma. The taste of the ‘Dionis Collection’ wines is close with the worldwide popular New World wines which are getting more and more fans around the experts and wine professionals.

The following technological methods are used for the ‘Dionis Collection’ wines: cryomaceration, long and controlled fermentation, and additional storage on the yeast with the malo-lactic fermentation for the red wines. The 6-month extra storage is adding complexity and diversity to the wine bouquet. The high and balanced alcohol content and sterile bottling are preserving the purity of the natural aroma and the elegancy of the taste.

Cabernet-Sauvignon, aged dry wine. Alc. 12 % vol.

The wine has nice pomegranate color. The bouquet is bright and harmonic with the tunes of morocco, almond and violet. The palate is complete and velvet with the long lasting aftertaste.





Pinot Fran, aged dry wine. Alc. 12,5% vol.

The wine has nice pomegranate color with the ruby tint. It has the rich bouquet with the evident tunes of merry, cherry, dark plums and spices. The texture is silky; the palate is mild and velvet with the pleasant aftertaste.





Sauvignon, aged dry wine. Alc. 12,0% vol.

The wine has bright straw color with the greenish shade. The distinctive aroma of blackberry leaf with the light tunes of sweet pepper is supplemented with the tender and harmonic palate. Its freshening taste and expressive tunes of blackberry is great in the aftertaste.





Cahor VK, dessert wine. Alc. 16% vol., sugar 160 g/dm3

The wine has saturated dark ruby color with the expressive honey and morocco aroma. It is typical for the real Cahor, velvet and complete palate is transforming to the pleasant aftertaste with the slight tunes of chocolate and blackberry.

Merlot, aged dry wine. Alc. 12,5% vol.

The wine has dark ruby color with the pomegranate tints. It has saturated and well-balanced bouquet with the tunes of nightshade, dark and red plum. The wine is velvet, complete with the pleasant long lasting aftertaste.





Chardonnay, aged dry wine. Alc. 12,0% vol.

The wine has straw golden color with the brightness. The bouquet is clean with the developed tunes of ripe apples and tropic fruits, with the nuances of flowers. The palate is light and oily with the easy tunes of peach . It is long and pleasant in the aftertaste.





Aligote, aged dry wine. Alc. 12,0% vol.

The wine has bright straw color with the greenish shade. It has delicate and pleasant bouquet. The palate is delicate, harmonic with the very slight bitterness.
