The 'DK-Intertrade', a part of the Alcoholic Holding Company 'Dionis Club', was founded in 1994 to become a leading producer and exporter of the Moldavian vines. In order to produce exclusively high quality wines the company has decided to build its own factory for vine processing and wine bottling in the southern region of Moldova in 1999. The building works were finished in 2001 and the factory 'AurVin' is now one of the most and up-to-date and equipped in Moldova.

Since then the company structure has been dynamically widened up to the modern wine processing complex on the south of Moldova and now includes privately owned large areas of vineyards, the similar factory in Vulcanesti, Southern Moldova and another factory in the Central Moldova to produce sparkling wines - 'Nis-Strugurasi'.

'Aurvin' factory

'Aurvin' is one of the best technologically equipped factory in the Eastern Europe. The “DK-Intertrade” company built it in Vulcanesti, Southern Moldova (25 km. from the south border of the country) in 2001.

The company’s number one priority is the high quality of produced wines. In order to achieve this premium condition, we are using the modern technological methods like cryomaceration, wine storage temperature control, malo lactic fermentation, sterile bottling and others. These technologies are used by our experienced winemakers and it let us stay on the constant quality level since 2001.

Our southern vineyards are located close to the factory which allow us to minimize the time of the fresh grapes transportation. The entire complex of the primary vine processing, wine storage and bottling escapes us from the grape shipping when the wine oxidation and loss of freshness could occur. We are paying lot of attention to the vine storage and possible oxidation, using the cold bottling method. Consequently, the final product of our company is the wine of a pure flavour and delicate aroma.

Join-stock company "NisStruguras"

Our own factory 'Nis-Struguras' was founded in 1990 in Nisporeni. This factory produces sparkling wines using the technology called 'metode charmat'. Nisporeni is a town situated in a Central Codrian part of Moldova; it is a beautiful region with its picturesque surroundings and hilly landscape, where forestland and fertile fields allow us to grow grapes that are most suited for a production of high-class excellent sparking wine.

Paying a great attention to an optimal time for grape collection let us keeping a steady high quality of a sparking wine. Each grape variety has its individual program to achieve its sort pureness and technical ripeness. We use a microbiological control on all production stages in order to obtain wines with stable quality, astounding aroma and pure taste.

Vineyards

Region Vulcanesti is distinguished by a hot and dry climate. The majority of vineyards are situated on slopes with limestone base that ensure good draining and low pH level in grapes. Factors like the mineral composition of soil, layer – cake alkaline black soil, average annual temperature of 9,0 – 9,9 С, atmospheric precipitates of 200-230 milliliters and nearness to the Black Sea enable the maximum level of grape ripeness with a balanced content of sugar and acidity. Grapes that grow in Vulcanesti allow us to produce bright, intense and very freshly balanced wines with the pure fruit’n’flower flavours.

The transportation time is minimized because the vineyards are located near to the factory (the distance is approximately 30km), therefore grape keeps its natural components before the initial vine processing.

Our goal is to continually produce a high quality product for our customers and for that reason we combine the full cycle of wine production, expert knowledge, new generation management and competent marketing strategy on the external markets.

We are constantly working on improving our high standard wines and, for that reason our trademarks ‘Dionis Club’, ‘Aurvin’, ‘Firebird’, ‘Umbra’ are becoming more and more popular. Nowadays, the sales geography of 'DK – Intertrade' company is one of the largets among the Moldavian producers of wine. In a very short space of time, since 2001, wines of the company have appeared on the markets of the following countries: United Kingdom, United States of America, Switzerland, Israel, Germany, Turkey, Romania, Russia, Ukraine, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Latvia and Moldova.
